Eligibility for Returns

- A clear unboxing video of the product as received
Requests without proper proof and video evidence may not be considered.
Return Request Process
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return or refund request. All requests should be submitted via our official contact channels with the required proof.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- Items that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible
Refund Process
Once the return request is reviewed and approved:
- The product must be returned to us as instructed
- After successful inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Products
